  • Spectacular 'Six' Wows Audiences

    Last week at Collingwood College, the whole school production took place across four days, with a total of six shows being performed.

  • Mr Gove Visits Collingwood

    The local MP for Surrey Heath, Mr Michael Gove, visited Collingwood on Friday to listen to GCSE Citizenship students lobby on an issue that they cared about.. They gave presentations on a range of issues as part of the Active Citizenship element of their GCSE.

  • Local Author Visits Year 7 Students

    On Wednesday 22 February, our Year 7 students had the pleasure of a visit from Kerry Gibb, a local author from Camberley, who has written six books so far.

    On Saturday 11 February, Collingwood competed in the toughest regional round of the Cambridge Union schools debating competition.

  • Students' Achievements Celebrated at Special Evening

    On Thursday 26 January, a second celebration event took place in Kingston Theatre.  Teachers, SLT, Governors of the College and even the Mayor of Surrey Heath, Cllr Helen Whitcroft, presented awards celebrating the successes and achievements of our students throughout the evening.

  • Collingwood Flag reaches Antarctica!

    Last term Year 7 students were invited to design a flag that would be taken with Scientists to Antarctica.

    On Saturday 14 January, Collingwood entered three debating teams in the International Competition for Young Debaters.

  • 'Red Carpet' Rolled Out for Students' Achievements

    On Thursday 12 January students’ achievements were celebrated at the half-termly ‘Red Carpet’ event.
