Rome Trip for Philosophy Students
A trip to Rome took place in February 2013 to see first-hand the legacy of classical and Christian thought on the development of Modern Europe. The trip was for all students studying Philosophy.
Students visited the Vatican City and the Vatican Museum, Catacombe di San Callisto (a system of catacombs under the city), sites of Ancient Rome (Colloseo, Pantheon, Forums), the Capitoline Museum and other sites demonstrating the continuing influence of Ancient Rome on philosophy and modern thought.
